Holistic Coaching
Support for Growth, Healing & Transformation
What is Holistic Coaching?
Unlike traditional coaching that focuses purely on goals or productivity, holistic coaching honors the full complexity of who you are. This work supports your emotional, spiritual, and somatic well-being - not just your mindset or behaviors.
We work at the intersection of personal growth, nervous system regulation, and soul-level inquiry. Sessions may include:
• Mindfulness-based tools for clarity and presence
• Somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and intuition
• Inner parts work and emotional integration
• Values clarification and decision-making support
• Creative visualization, guided meditation, and symbolism
• Integration of transformative or altered states of consciousness
• Space to explore identity, purpose, and transitions
Together, we’ll create a container that’s deeply respectful, attuned, and collaborative. You bring your lived experience - I bring presence, perspective, and tools to support your journey.
Is Coaching Right For You?
Why Coaching
Coaching allows us to work together across geographic and licensure boundaries. If you’re outside the state of Oregon (where I’m licensed as a therapist) or simply seeking a more flexible, forward-focused container, holistic coaching may be an ideal fit.
Sessions are held virtually, offering you support wherever you are - in your home, on the road, or between life’s chapters. This is a space for reflection, insight, and growth that meets you right where you are.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Holistic coaching is not a substitute for clinical therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. It is not appropriate for acute mental health concerns or crisis situations.
That said, many people are drawn to coaching precisely because it offers something different.
When working with insurance companies, therapists are required to provide a mental health diagnosis and submit a formal treatment plan. This medical model doesn’t resonate with everyone - especially those seeking personal growth, spiritual exploration, or support that doesn’t center around a pathology or disorder.
Coaching offers an alternative: no diagnosis required, no insurance involvement, greater privacy and flexibility, and a more collaborative, spacious container for growth.
If you’re looking for a non-clinical approach that still offers depth, presence, and skilled guidance, holistic coaching may be right for you.
Who You Are
I work with individuals around the world who are seeking depth, embodiment, and transformation in their lives. Many of my clients are:
• Highly sensitive, empathic, or intuitive
• Healing from burnout, grief, or past emotional pain
• Navigating spiritual awakenings or life transitions
• Seeking meaning, purpose, or alignment in work or relationships
• Exploring the integration of psychedelic or non-ordinary experiences
• Ready to reconnect with their inner guidance and live with more authenticity
You don’t have to have all the answers - just a willingness to show up and explore.
About My Approach
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, an ERYT-500 yoga and meditation teacher, and someone trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, I bring a multidimensional lens to my coaching work. My approach is integrative, intuitive, and trauma-informed, weaving together:
Somatic awareness and nervous system tools
Eastern philosophy and mindfulness
Depth psychology and archetypal exploration
Psychedelic integration and altered-state wisdom
Earth-based and spiritual perspectives on healing
This is not a one-size-fits-all model. Each session is uniquely shaped by your needs, your pace, and your inner knowing.
