Hi, I’m Erin!
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFTA), a yoga instructor (E-RYT 500), and a trained psychedelic facilitator. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through presence, embodiment, and connection. Drawing from diverse modalities, I am here to help support whatever journey you are on - gently, intentionally, and at your own pace.

I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples in Oregon via telehealth. My work honors the connection between mind, body, spirit, and nature - recognizing that healing happens on many levels. I support clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, major life transitions, psychedelic preparation/integration, and the desire for deeper self-understanding and fulfillment.
Whether you’re navigating disconnection in your relationship, seeking clearer communication, rebuilding trust, or hoping to strengthen intimacy and partnership, couples therapy provides a structured and compassionate space for growth. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and cultivate new ways of relating that foster safety, closeness, and meaningful change.

Holistic Coaching (Available Anywhere)
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions via telehealth for clients seeking support outside of traditional therapy. These sessions are ideal for those navigating life transitions, personal growth, or psychedelic preparation and integration. Coaching can be a meaningful alternative for those who prefer not to go through insurance, don’t want or need a formal diagnosis, or wish to keep their personal journey more private. Grounded in mindfulness, this work supports you in making meaning, cultivating resilience, and staying connected to your inner wisdom - wherever you are in the world.
Legal Psilocybin Facilitation in the Ashland, OR Area
I provide trauma-informed preparation, facilitation, and integration services within Oregon’s licensed psilocybin service centers. My approach is grounded in nervous-system awareness, presence, and deep respect for each person’s inner healing intelligence. Together, we co-create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore meaningful insights, emotional processing, and personal transformation at the pace your system is ready for.
Although based in Ashland, I am able to work out of licensed service centers throughout Oregon, and I am open to potential travel within the state. All psilocybin products are legally regulated and administered through state-licensed centers.
