NICE TO MEET YOU
I’m Erin!
I’m a clinical therapist, yoga teacher, and psychedelic guide with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. My work is grounded in the concept that true healing honors the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and story. I support clients through therapy, somatic practices, and plant medicine facilitation, offering an approach that is both deeply personal and profoundly transformative.
In this together
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to turn. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
With open-hearted listening and care, I hold space for your story to unfold in its own way. Whether you’re moving through grief, trauma, burnout, a major life transition, or a longing for deeper meaning, I’m here to walk beside you - offering a container where all parts of you are welcome.
You’ll notice throughout this site that I often speak about spirituality. It’s important to clarify that spirituality and religion are not the same. While religion usually involves shared beliefs and rituals, spirituality is a more personal experience of connection, purpose, and depth. Many people feel spiritual without belonging to a particular religion, and many find similar nourishment through entirely secular ways of living and relating.
If you’re curious, I’ve written a blog post about how humans are naturally wired for spiritual seeking from a scientific perspective - and how this can support mental health and well-being.
You do not need to see yourself as spiritual or religious to benefit from this work. My approach always centers on your unique worldview, values, and goals.

My Story
I began my career with a Master’s in Counseling and a deep desire to support children and their families facing complex challenges. For nearly a decade, I worked in the nonprofit sector - serving youth in foster care, group homes, inner-city schools, and the juvenile justice system. Over time, the weight of this work caught up with me. I found myself burned out, depleted, and questioning whether I was truly making the difference I had once hoped for.
In the depths of that burnout, I turned inward and began my own healing journey. Yoga became my lifeline - not just the physical postures, but the spiritual and philosophical roots of the practice. I also discovered the therapeutic potential of cannabis, which served as a powerful bridge between my mind and body. For a period of time, it was the medicine I needed to access deeper layers of healing. Though I no longer use it regularly, cannabis was a meaningful catalyst on my path - opening the door to greater self-awareness, embodiment, and wholeness. Through daily rituals of movement, meditation, and mindful plant medicine, I slowly returned to myself. I lost over 75 pounds and discontinued all prescription medications I had relied on. I felt more whole than I had in years, maybe ever.
This personal transformation ignited a passion to understand these healing modalities more deeply. Since 2010, I’ve immersed myself in the study and practice of yoga and plant medicine. I became an ERYT-500 yoga instructor and have taught thousands of classes, including cannabis-enhanced yoga workshops in Seattle. I worked in the cannabis industry and explored the long-standing history of plant-based healing across cultures.
My journey eventually led me to psychedelics and the profound healing they can offer when approached with reverence, safety, and integration. I completed Oregon’s professional training in psilocybin-assisted therapy and have supported individuals and groups through their journeys. I’ve also volunteered in psychedelic harm reduction, offered mindfulness-based counseling overseas, and led wellness seminars in government settings.
Now, I bring over two decades of experience in the healing arts to the integrative work I offer today. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science. I believe that healing is not about fixing what's broken - it's about returning to the truth of who we are. Whether through talk therapy, body-based practices, or psychedelic integration, I’m here to support you in accessing your own inner medicine.
